Embedded ARM Boards
Traditionally, x86 systems have dominated the embedded industry due to their robust design and long-lifecycle support. However, in recent years, more and more people have discovered that ARM based boards and systems can hold their own in the embedded world. With some semiconductor companies sporting long-lifecycle chips as well as the ultra-low power consumption ARM chips are known for, embedded ARM boards have definitely made an impression in the market. For smaller, dedicated devices that do not need to run extensive applications, ARM based embedded boards are the ideal solution. Habey USA is proud to be a one stop shop for all of your industrial ARM applications.
The EMB-1200 is better known as the HIO Project. The HIO Project is a open hardware project to allow developers and users to have access to an affordable open architecture platform. Its low-profile HIoTX form factor modular design allows it to fit into space-restrictive applications while still allowing expansion in 3 directions. The HIO Project provides an fresh platform for the latest generation of small, smart and connected devices in the new Internet of Things.
The EMB-3500 is a motherboard with an ARM based Freescale Cortex A9 i.MX6 1GHz Solo, Dual, or Quad Core processor and has a 1GB DDR3 RAM and NAND flash. This ARM based Nano-ITX motherboard is ultra-compact, only measuring in at 120mm x 120mm (4.72″ x 4.72″). Along with it’s low-power and high performance processor, the EMB-3500 also has a number of different I/O.
This EPIC form factor motherboard utilizes the Freescale i.MX6 processor which is a powerful, efficient processor of the ARM Cortex™-A9 series that offers long lifecycle support. This processor features full HD 1080p playback and the ability of running dual independent displays through the HDMI+LVDS interfaces. This ARM Cortex system is designed to operate on Android and has up to 1GB/2GB of memory and 4GB/8GB in iNAND flash.
