Industrial Grade

Media players are the brains that power digital signage. 24x7x365 performance is key for mission-critical digital signage deployments. HABEY products are designed and manufactured using industrial-grade components for reliability and long-term support. You no longer need to worry about the constant maintenance and reliability problems plaguing commercial-grade PC systems.

 

Fanless Design

With its highly efficient ICEFIN™ proprietary thermal design, HABEY's fanless media players are capable of utilizing a wide range of processors, from the Intel Atom, to high speed Core 2 Duo processors. The fanless case prevents dust accumulation, has no moving parts, and is completely silent. During operation, it will reduce maintenance costs and ensures a 24/7 operability.

 

 

 

 

Rugged Design

Most conventional systems are specified and tested under “average” loads which are typically 50% of the maximum CPU usage. HABEY specifies and tests its systems under sustained 100% CPU and graphic loads to ensure the systems will perform in the field under all conditions. IP68 and extended temperature models are also available.

 

Full HD Decoding

With built-in Intel graphics media accelerators including GMA500, GMA X4500HD and an open architect hardware HD decoder module. HABEY's entire digital signage product line is designed to support full HD video playback and image processing up to 1080p. The integrated video decoder allows the acceleration of major video formats VC-1, MPEG-4, and H.264, leading to smooth multimedia playback performance up to blu-ray level quality.

x86 Flexibility

Unlike many ARM based media player appliances, HABEY's digital signage solutions are based on an open, x86 based platform. The complete product line is also compatible with Windows Embedded Standard. The Embedded Enabling Features or EEFs, ensure the stability of digital signage applications, and provide disk protection and fast boot capabilities. These players have been tested with leading Windows-based digital signage software and are Linux-ready, providing you with full x86 flexibility and ensuring reliability.
